📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days from receipt of payment.

Are there shipping costs?

Yes, a small shipping fee applies. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Shipping costs range from €3.95 to €5.95, depending on the delivery country. Shipping is free for orders over €49.99.

Will I receive shipment tracking information?

Yes! As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order at any time.

Can I have my delivery sent to a parcel locker?

Yes, delivery to parcel lockers is easily possible.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@dancemood.net as soon as you notice that the address is incorrect. If your package has not yet been produced or shipped, we may still be able to adjust the address. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately, a change is no longer possible. Should the package be returned due to the incorrect address, we will gladly resend it – however, this will incur additional shipping costs.

How do the sizes run?

Our products are generally cut wider. You can find a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

What materials do you use?

You can find all detailed material information directly on the respective product page. We use high-quality fabrics such as cotton, organic cotton, and recycled polyester.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Turkey and the printing takes place in Bavaria.

What is the quality of your products?

We use high-quality fabrics and professional direct printing to ensure your products remain durable and of high quality.

How do I properly care for my clothes?

To ensure you can enjoy your clothing for a long time, please observe the following care instructions:

  • Wash the garment inside out (with similar colors).
  • Do not iron over the print
  • Do not use harsh detergents

Can the colors differ from the screen?

Please note that slight color variations may occur depending on your screen. However, we make every effort to ensure that the actual colors are as close to the original as possible.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can easily and simply order as a guest.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you would like to change or cancel anything, please write to info@dancemood.net immediately after placing your order. Once your order is in production or has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Can I return an item?

No right of withdrawal

Since each product is individually made to order, we cannot offer a right of withdrawal. Returns are therefore only possible if there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns are only possible in case of manufacturing defects.

A return is only possible if the goods have a manufacturing defect, such as:

  • Printing errors or poor print quality
  • Wrong size or wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective goods
  • Deviations from the product description

What is the return process for manufacturing defects?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods at info@dancemood.net and attach photos of the defect. After review, we will send you a return address and instructions on how to proceed.

We will cover the costs of returning defective goods. You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Returns are usually processed within 2-3 days of receiving your email.

What to do in case of production errors?

Should your item have a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately at info@dancemood.net with photos of the defect. We will take care of a solution as soon as possible!
